LET ME TELL YOU MINE.


My name is Makayla, but my friends call me Kayla! I’m 27 years old, a self-taught photographer, iced coffee lover, wife and proud mom. My two amazing children are the inspirations behind the name Wandering Mae. My husband and I got married on a beautiful spring day in a charming old chapel where the floors creaked with every step back in 2019. 


In my free time you can find me hanging out with my chickens, and spending time with family.


It all started when I went to my local second hand photography store and purchased a camera. Kids grow up so fast, I wanted to capture every moment I could. Next thing I know, friends and family are reaching out and encouraging me to pursure my talents further. I finally found something that truly let me and my creativity shine. Now, here I am.. Helping YOU capture your beautiful memories forever.
